Busy Bodies Exercise

Busy Bodies is a safe and effective exercise program offering a variety of classes to fit the individual’s specific needs. Classes are designed to accommodate the needs of exercisers of all ages, from beginners through advanced.

All classes include choreographed aerobic dance, body sculpting and stretching segments. The aerobic dances contain original choreography each session. The body sculpting contains resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and weight training moves. Weights and/or resistance bands may be added for an advanced workout. Each session offers new routines and music. Also included is a monthly newsletter full of information on fitness, health tips, recipes and more. Please bring a towel or mat for the floor work.

Registration for any two-day class includes unlimited attendance at any Monday through Thursday class. Classes are also available in Vicksburg. Call Sue Haroldson at 323-6764 for more information or to make arrangements to preview a class. Busy Bodies benefits are a bounty of beautiful, buff bodies.
